The PowerFuel^TM is a project of the STORM’s Research laboratories with a target to create a new kind of fuel that can be converted from a pure quality diesel, petrol, gasoline or even heavy fuels for ships that are treated with a new kind by STORM’s Labs developed device, called "Hyper–ionizer". The so hyper-ionized fuels have the much better energy output with cleaner and completer combustion. The emission of CO—, CO² and other environmental pollutants are much less by the same energy content output.

This kind of the fuel not only reduce CO— emissions, but also save fuel’ and maintenance costs, especially for heavy equipment, trucks, vessels and ships. Using of the "hyper–ionized" fuels (diesel, gas, heavy fuels or others) at the power plants save immensely costs and blue print.
